HOW LONG IS THE EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME?

Please note that all art prints and customised illustrations are made to order.

Allow 2-6 business days for orders within Australia.

International orders will take between 3-4 weeks, but can sometimes take longer depending on other factors, such as getting held up in customs or during the busy holiday season, etc.

Due to the cancellation of an increasing number of international flights and country specific lockdowns, overseas transit times may be delayed or temporarily suspended.

Textured Paper Art Prints: Please allow 2-4 additional business days for production.
Custom Illustrations: Please allow an additional 4-8 weeks depending on size of production.
Branding: Timeframe to be discussed and confirmed with customer.


HOW MUCH ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS? HOW CAN I SAVE ON SHIPPING?

Once you add an item to you shopping cart, you can view the cart to see the shipping costs for your order.
We do not charge more shipping for additional items, so the more you buy, the more you save on shipping.
Furthermore, we offer free shipping for orders over $59.00 (AUD) within Australia via Sendle. Flat shipping rate of $15.00 (AUD) for orders under $59.00 (AUD).

We also ship internationally at a flat rate of $35.00 (AUD).
International Buyers – Please Note:

IS GIFT WRAPPING AVAILABLE?

Depending on the size, orders are packaged in a cellophane sleeve with a durable backing board and mailed within a rigid envelope or rolled in a mailing tube. Gift wrapping includes the order to be wrapped in kraft paper with a string bow. If you would like to arrange a little message to be tied to the gift with a string bow, please leave that in the message box during checkout as well. We’d be happy to include it for you!


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our studio. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident.


I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

If you placed an order with us but did not receive an order confirmation, it may be because an incorrect email address was provided. Please also check your junk mail to make sure the confirmation hasn't been sorted there. Contact us by emailing sales@artmazprints.com to check whether we have an order registered for you, and to correct your email address so that you can receive your order confirmation. It may also be because the order has not gone through. Kindly contact us before placing a new order to avoid duplicate orders.
